Sentinel is provided by SafeSky SRL. You can permanently delete your account from the app or send us a verified deletion request.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Sentinel and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm your identity with your password, Google, or Apple.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
If a Take Off advisory is active, Sentinel stops refreshing it before deleting the account. The last advisory expires according to the SafeSky service retention period.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@safesky.app from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Sentinel account deletion”. We will verify that you control the account before acting. Do not send a password, identity token, or API key.
What is deleted
The Firebase Authentication account, including its email address, Firebase user identifier, authentication-provider links, and authentication status, is deleted. Apple access is revoked as part of deletion for Apple-linked accounts.
What may remain
General device-local display and safety settings are not linked to the Firebase account and remain until cleared or the app is removed. Sentinel removes any legacy device-stored custom SafeSky API credential after successful account deletion. Security, analytics, crash, support, and legal records may be retained only for the periods and purposes stated in our Privacy Policy.
